- ILS is providing replacement controls for SIP steel bioreactors including a 110L and
1500L SIP systems. This includes providing modern controls and updated
integration of instruments including Metter-Toledo ISM Probes and Scales, ABER cell
mass probes, Alicat GFC, etc. To discuss your needs contact ILS.
- ISA S88 Procedural Control for polyolefins reactors that have several grades and
short runs. This includes reactor management and process monitoring.
- Process and equipment monitoring systems for polyolefins and refinery operations.
- Laboratory automation that includes systematic data acquisition, control and
reporting for a system that includes heaters, positive displacement pumps, UV-VIS,
TOC, pH and conductivity. The final system operates as a automated process with
higher throughput and data historian/reporting.
