AFC 901 Fermentor and Bioreactor Control

The ILS AFC 901 provides stand-alone and networked control of
fermentors and bioreactors.  The AFC 901 control system works with
existing or new fermentors and bioreactors.  
Serial Comm. Cabinets for Data Acquisition and Control

Control panel and cabinets for integrating one or more serial (RS-232,
RS-422, RS-485) device with local area network (LAN) Ethernet.  Allows
for robust and easy integration of serial enabled devices with OPC,
SCADA, HMI, and data acquisition software.  
Instrument & Equipment Integration

Peristaltic Pump Integration

ILS offers peristaltic pump integration from bench-top to pilot-scale
applications.  ILS combines industry leading pump-heads and variable
speed stepper motors with serial or Ethernet communication.  Our  
integration is intended for applications where it desirable to remotely
control variable-speed pumps from software, SCADA, PLC, PAC, etc.
and/or OPC servers.

AFC 100 Transmitter and Controller

The STP transmitter is a cost-effective device for remote IO, data
acquisition, and control.  The device is particularly useful for analog signal
that require calibration, for example pH/ORP and DO.  The STP is a blind
device that can be managed over a network or through an optional
touchscreen.
