- Complete batch hardware based controller based upon
PLC/PAC/HMI solutions. ILS has the experience and
expertise for PID control of fermentation and
bioprocesses. This includes DO cascaded with agitation,
gas mixtures, and substrate feed strategies, pH control
cascaded with feed and gas mixture, temperature
control etc.
- ILS can integrate a variety of control elements. This
includes providing affordable feed and variable speed
pumps based upon Watson-Marlow pumps heads,
electronic gas flow controllers and mixing, temperature
control through electrical heaters or water jacket,
etc.
- Software SCADA based solutions for data acquisition,
batch recipe control (ISA S88), and batch reporting. ILS
can integrate a variety of different reactor and
hardware vendors into a single, seamless SCADA
platform
- Data archiving and reporting based that are non-
proprietary and affordable.
- Real-time integration with virtually any instrument or
analyzer that has an analog or digital output. The
outputs can include serial interfaces such
RS232/422/485, OPC, Modbus, etc.
- Example integration have included YSI analyzer, Alicat
flowmeters, Sable System analyzers, etc.
- ILS can also provide custom circuit board design and
fabrication for solutions the more unique requirements.
Examples have included our AFC 100 bioreactor
controller, AFC MFE for blind pH/DO/PT100 Modbus
instrument transmission, drivers for valves, motors,
drives, etc.
